QTPhone Privacy Policy

(I) Account Registration

When you register a QTPhone account, we collect your registration information, including your name, registered phone number, registered email, etc., to confirm your identity as a user of QTPhone Cloud Phone services. If you refuse to provide this information, we will not be able to provide you with account registration services.

(II) Product Usage

When you use cloud phone services, our servers automatically collect and aggregate relevant information, including but not limited to:

  • Your QTPhone account information;
  • Access IP address, used for network management and security protection;
  • Device information such as operating system and browser type, to optimize service compatibility;
  • Cloud phone usage, such as running applications, usage duration, etc., to provide you with a better service experience.

(III) Customer Support

When you contact our customer support team by phone, email or other communication channels, you may provide us with personal or account information so that we can provide you with technical support or answer questions.

(IV) Push Notification Service

To provide you with more personalized services and timely notifications, our application may integrate third-party push notification services (hereinafter referred to as "push services"). Push services allow us to send notifications to your device to inform you of new content, promotions, service updates, etc.

Data Collection
When you use push services, we may collect the following information:

Note: If part of the data needs to be retained due to legal, financial or security compliance requirements, we will only retain it within the statutory period and will not use it for other purposes.

(3) Processing Time
We will process and complete the user's data deletion request within a reasonable time (usually no more than 30 days), and provide feedback on the results through the contact information used by the user when submitting the request.

(4) Facebook Platform Data
If the user logs in through Facebook or uses functions related to Facebook, the data deletion request will also apply synchronously to relevant user data we obtain from the Facebook platform, in compliance with Facebook's open platform policy requirements.

VIII. Logs

When you visit our website, we may collect your IP address to help diagnose server issues and manage our website. We use IP addresses only for this purpose and may retain website access logs for six months.
