QTPhone User Agreement

This QTPhone Website and Related Service Terms (hereinafter referred to as "QTPhone", "we" or "us") is jointly formulated by the user (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "user") and QTPhone. By accessing and using any services provided by QTPhone, you represent that you have read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions set forth in these Service Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access QTPhone or use QTPhone's services.

Otherwise, the company has the right to immediately take corresponding action. You agree and undertake not to produce, copy, publish or disseminate the following information:

• (2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets;
• (3) Subverting state power, overthrowing the socialist system, inciting secession, undermining national unity;
• (4) Damaging national honor and interests;
• (5) Promoting terrorism, extremism;
• (6) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining ethnic unity;
• (7) Inciting regional discrimination, regional hatred;
• (8) Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
• (9) Fabricating and spreading rumors, false information, disrupting economic and social order, undermining social stability;
• (10) Spreading and disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or inciting crime;
• (11) Endangering cybersecurity, using the network to engage in activities that endanger national security, honor and interests;
• (12) Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;
• (13) Carrying out violent intimidation, threats, or doxxing against others;
• (14) Involving others' privacy, personal information or data;
• (15) Spreading vulgar language, damaging public order and good customs;
• (16) Infringing upon others' rights to privacy, reputation, portrait, intellectual property and other legitimate rights and interests;
• (17) Distributing commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information and spam;
• (18) Commenting in languages other than the commonly used language of this website;
• (19) Having no relation to the information being commented on;
• (20) Publishing meaningless information, or deliberately using character combinations to evade technical review;
• (21) Infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors or harming the physical and mental health of minors;
• (22) Taking photos or recording others without permission, infringing upon the legitimate rights of others;
• (23) Containing恐怖, violent, bloody, highly dangerous, content that endangers the physical and mental health of the performer or others, including but not limited to the following:
  i. Any violent and/or self-harm content;
  ii. Any content that threatens life and health, uses dangerous tools such as knives to perform, endangering the personal and/or property rights of oneself or others;
  iii. Content that urges or induces others to participate in dangerous or illegal activities that may cause personal injury or death;
• (24) Installing or using video, short video, live streaming apps, websites, etc. on cloud phones that are not short-video customized models;
• (25) Other information that violates laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, interferes with the normal operation of "QTPhone", or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties;
• (26) Batch registering dummy accounts, creating a large number of time-based billing devices, engaging in activities such as刷流量,抢占云手机有限资源, infringing upon the interests of third-party platforms, exposing "QTPhone" to commercial risks, affecting the normal operation of "QTPhone" through group control methods;
• (27) If the system detects the above behavior during your use, your account will be banned. QTPhone will have the right to handle your account and account assets. Banned accounts will not be unbanned, and frozen assets will not be refunded. Users whose accounts are banned due to the above circumstances shall bear the losses themselves. If you have any objection to the ban on your account, please contact us within 5 days after the account is banned, otherwise it will be deemed as no objection to the account ban.

2.2 Shall not use this website to engage in activities including but not limited to the following:

• Deliberately circumventing or destroying technical measures taken by authors or developers to protect the copyright of this software;
• Using this software to mislead or deceive others;
• Violating national regulations by deleting, modifying, adding to, or interfering with the software system functions, causing the software to malfunction;
• Disrupting the normal operation of the software system, deliberately spreading computer viruses and other destructive programs;
• Any other activities that endanger computer information network security.

3. Account Responsibility

(1) The user bears full responsibility for the confidentiality of passwords and accounts, and bears full responsibility for all activities occurring under the account. Losses caused by password leakage or forgotten username shall be borne by the user. If the user discovers that others are impersonating or stealing their account and password or other unauthorized use or any other unsafe behavior, the user shall immediately notify QTPhone in an effective manner and request QTPhone to suspend relevant services. At the same time, the user understands that QTPhone needs a reasonable period to take action on the user's request. Before that, QTPhone shall not be liable for any losses caused by executed instructions or to the user;

(2) The user understands and agrees that QTPhone has the right to understand the真实背景 and purpose of the user's use of this software service, and has the right to require the user to provide true, comprehensive and accurate information. 4. Using such websites or software may lead to unpredictable risks and losses. It is recommended that users do not easily download, install, access or use them. If the above occurs, QTPhone shall not bear any losses or compensation arising therefrom.

If losses are caused to QTPhone (including but not limited to attorney fees, litigation costs, etc.), the user shall also compensate.

7. If the user's breach causes QTPhone to suffer losses, including QTPhone's own direct economic losses, goodwill losses and indirect economic losses such as attorney fees and litigation costs, the user shall compensate QTPhone for all the above losses.

8. If the user's breach causes damage to any third party, the user shall independently bear liability. If for any reason QTPhone pays compensation to a third party first, the user shall immediately pay the compensation to QTPhone upon receiving notice from QTPhone.

IV. Third-Party Software or Services

This website may use or include software or services provided by third parties (hereinafter "such services"). Such services are provided in response to user needs and for the convenience of users. If a third party confirms that the user has violated the agreement between the user and them regarding the use of such services, and stops providing such services to the user and requests QTPhone to assist in handling, the user understands and agrees that QTPhone will take technical measures to suspend or terminate the user's continued use of such third-party software.

V. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

To use QTPhone's services, you must meet certain eligibility criteria. You may browse the QTPhone website without registering an account, but when registering an account, you must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of entering into a legally binding contract in your region.
